So many gorgeous pears 🍐 are coming in, so grab your favorite variety and give your lungs some love! Pears are rich in anti-oxidant plant compounds including flavonoids, they’re also loaded with minerals, fiber and Vitamin C.

Many studies indicate pears can confer protection to the lungs from cancer‼️; pears also lubricate the throat and lungs and help to resolve excess mucus. This wonder spice kicks the chill out of your body, promotes the flow of blood and energy, and can reduce that stiff neck feeling when you get chilled. So sprinkle extra cinnamon on your latte, pumpkin spice chai, London Fog or whatever floats your fall boat. Bottoms up.
